9️⃣Article IX - Dissolution
GFTV shall not be merged, acquired, or dissolved unless a MOM convened for this purpose, with 100% of the active electoral quorum present at the meeting, approves it with a three-quarters (¾) majority vote.
70.1 The decision, if passed, will discharge all debts and liabilities legally incurred on behalf of GFTV.
70.2 The MOM will decide how to dispose of the remaining funds, assets, records and intellectual property of GFTV and which charity in Singapore to donate the remaining funds to if it so decides.
