PENALTIES

  1. The punishment for violating the rules will be a warning count unless a rule states otherwise, subject to Rules 10-36.

33.1 All punishments shall only be given based on how the evidence has broken the rules.

  1. The maximum number of warnings issued per offence count is 3.

34.1 Verbal warnings will be given twice. After this is exhausted, warning counts will be used unless stated otherwise.

  1. Three broken warnings shall amount to a ban from the Communities.

  2. A ban will supersede warning counts if one count of offence unfavourably leads to consequences that are not limited to:

36.1 disrupting the peace in the Communities;

36.2 cause near lethality or lethality of one or more individuals;

36.3 put one or more Members’ mental health in severe jeopardy, for example, but not limited to traumatisation.
